Erni Davis

Erni Davis established Switzer Group in 2003, but she’s been preparing to help clients profit and grow her entire career.

She formed Switzer Group after 20 years of business experience. Most recently with a multi-disciplinary consulting firm, where she directed the firm’s accounting and financial service offerings.

Erni has worked in public accounting, as a Corporate CFO, as a Corporate Director of the Board and as a Business Owner. She knows the challenges that business owners face, because she has faced them herself.

Erni is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters Degree in Finance.

Kirk Newcomer

Kirk began his public accounting career in 1993 after graduating from Taylor University. Throughout his career, he has focused on assisting closely held business owners solve their accounting and tax issues. He joined Switzer Group in 2009.

His experiences in a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, wholesaling, and service companies has allowed him to bring unique solutions to his clients’ challenging problems. His part-time CFO experiences has enhanced his understanding of the operational side of the business and allows him to strategically implement improved operational systems as well as tax planning strategies to better position his clients’ overall financial situations.

Kirk is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Indiana CPA Society.

On a personal level, Kirk enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering for a variety of organizations including Fishers Rotary Club, Grace Community Church, and coaching his kids’ youth sports programs. While attending his undergraduate program, Kirk played college football at Taylor University. He maintains that passion while coaching his kids’ youth sports programs or participating in sporting activities himself.

Micah Mann

Micah Mann brings a strong Midwestern foundation and a diverse professional background to his work. Born and raised in Indiana, Micah ventured to Arizona State University for his undergraduate studies, gaining valuable academic and life experience outside his home state.

He began his career with an internship at Switzer before transitioning into the trucking industry, where he developed a deeper understanding of operations, logistics, and the day-to-day challenges businesses face. In 2018, Micah returned to Switzer, reestablishing his focus in accounting with a more comprehensive, real-world perspective.

Committed to continuous growth, Micah is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Houston, further strengthening his expertise and ability to provide strategic insight and value to clients.
